You can get a copy rather easily from Dynex's website but it's quite out of date.The latest download from the manufacturer (currently version 1.4) is available here: http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31There's also a project OEM is serial, PC doesn't have a serial port.
