As the title of this thread says, I'm obviously missing drivers for a usb hub. It worked fine on their computers, so I tried it on mine again - still no luck. Attached are screenshots of what happened after following Spike's directions. What are some ways to fix it? weblink
Have you tried swapping which USB port the hub plugs into (provided you have more than one)? The fact that it works at all suggests you don't need any additional drivers for the unit. We use data about you for a number of purposes explained in the links below.
