When I check network adapters in the windows control panel, I find only the parallels driver and the Eacfilt driver IS associated with it. Then I went to "c:\windows\system32" and delete the file eactfilt.dll (you can rename if you don't want to lose it) After that I reboot and reinstall Now everything works fine.
